Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

⚠️ This is a starting template, not legal advice. Have a lawyer review and adapt it for your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, biometric-privacy laws like BIPA, and call-recording laws all apply to this kind of app) before relying on it in production.

CallAnyplace ("we", "us") provides real-time, AI-powered translation of phone calls and in-person conversations. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

1. Information we collect

2. How we use it

3. Third-party processors

We use trusted providers to deliver the service. Audio, text, or account data may be processed by:

Each processes data only to provide their function, under their own terms and privacy policies.

4. Call recording & consent

Many places require all parties to consent before a call is recorded or processed. You are responsible for complying with the recording and interpretation laws that apply to you and the people you call. We provide an audible notice at the start of calls where required, but you remain responsible for lawful use.

5. Your voice (biometric data)

A voice clone is created only from your own voice, only with your explicit opt-in, and is used only to speak your translated words. You can delete your voice clone at any time from your profile, which removes the voice model from our provider.

6. Retention & deletion

You can delete conversations, your voice clone, and your account at any time. When you delete your account we remove your personal data from our systems and instruct our processors to do the same, except where we must retain limited records for legal or security reasons.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise them.

8. Children

CallAnyplace is not intended for anyone under 16.
